CONGRESS REGISTRATION - Terms of Benefit
- Only TDB Member Dentists can benefit from the listed advantages.
- Students, PhD and Specialty Students can benefit from congress registration/accommodation prices at ₺500 less than TDB members.
CONGRESS REGISTRATION - Change and Cancellation Terms
- In Early/Late Registration opportunities, transition will be made according to the reservation quotas allocated by the Congress Hotel.
- Once switched to the next period, no return will be possible.
- Updates (up-grades) will be made according to the registration/accommodation opportunity valid at the update date.
- If canceled before OCTOBER 6, 2025, 100% refund will be made.
- If canceled between OCTOBER 6 - OCTOBER 31, 2025, 50% refund will be made.
- For cancellations after OCTOBER 31, 2025, no refund will be possible.
- Change and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Registration Secretariat.
- If written requests are accepted, refunds will be made within 15–30 days right after the end of the congress.
